OH Technician – Airbus

Position Overview

Nampa Valley Helicopters (NVH) is an FAA/EASA Part 145 Repair Station and Airbusapproved “D” Level Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facility located in Meridian, Idaho. We are seeking a full-time Overhaul Technician to support the overhaul and repair of Airbus AS350, AS355, EC130, and EC135 dynamic components. This role is well suited for mechanically skilled professionals who take pride in precision workmanship, attention to detail, and working within a regulated aviation environment. Primary Duties

• Perform disassembly, inspection, overhaul, and repair of Airbus helicopter dynamic components in accordance with approved manufacturer data
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including parts used, work performed, and inspections completed
• Adhere to all applicable aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize maintenance procedures

Required Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical manuals and written/verbal instructions in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass background check and DOT drug/alcohol screening
• Must be able to lift up to 85 lbs. repeatedly or assist in team lifts of up to 150lbs.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing, as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of component overhaul experience
• Experience with Airbus helicopter maintenance or similar aircraft platforms
• Experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment
• Valid Airframe or A&P License in good standing
