Position Overview

Nampa Valley Helicopters (NVH) is an Airbus Helicopters Authorized Service Center located in Meridian, Idaho, with more than 30 years of experience supporting the aviation industry. We are recognized for exceptional service, uncompromising safety standards, and longterm customer partnerships built on trust and reliability.
 
We are seeking a fulltime Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to parts, services, and order support. This role represents the voice of the customer within NVH and plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive communication throughout the customer lifecycle. This is a 100% onsite position based in Meridian, Idaho.
 

Primary Duties

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for inquiries related to orders, pricing, delivery status, and general support
  • Promote the sale of spare parts and services through inbound and outbound phone and electronic communications
  • Provide proactive updates on order status throughout the acquisition cycle
  • Enter, manage, and maintain customer orders in the MRP/ERP system and related databases
  • Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events, including weekend and afterhours coverage as required
  • Develop material forecasts for assigned customer accounts
  • Follow up on customer requests, resolve issues to closure, and identify upselling opportunities
  • Interface with internal departments including Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Production
  • Monitor customer sales activity and report trends to management
  • Support customer metrics by providing accurate and relevant data
  • Represent NVH with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and responsiveness
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven customer service or customer support experience
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detailoriented, dependable, and selfmotivated
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a customerfocused mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP systems (Quantum software preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior aviationrelated customer support or sales experience
  • Aviation mechanical experience
  • Experience supporting parts and service sales environments
  • Some travel availability
 

Work Environment

  • Fulltime position (overtime and afterhours support as required)
